Lignatool Straight Tenon Joint Template

Use this template to cut perfect straight tenons quickly using a heavy-duty router and special cutting bit. 

Cut tenons square or on an angle. Compound angles can be made.

Use the chain saw guide to prepare the beam end for square or angled tenons.

• Timber-beam cross sections
  • at 90°: 18x24 cm, 7x9.5 inches;
  • at 45° 18x18 cm, 7x7 inches
• Tenon width
  • 40 mm / 1-1/2 inch - 2 inches
• Tenon length
  • 40 mm/60 mm 1-1/2 - 2-3/8 inches,
