Belgian Blue whetstone (4000 grit) on one side and synthetic Carborundum with 600 grit on the other side of a wooden handle.
Use the Carborundum side to do the hard work of restoring a blunted edge and the Belgian Blue side to do the real sharpening and final honing.
Also available as a bonded stone without the handle for shop use.
